In one scene of the movie ‘You Got Mail’, Kathleen Kelly (played by Meg Ryan), the owner of the little bookstore around the corner, visits Fox Books, the mega-store across the street.
While she is amazed by all the store’s amenities, she rests on one of the many areas through the store. At that moment a shopper is asking a store patron for “The Shoe Books”.
While the store associate is clueless what the customer asks for, Kathleen overhearing the conversation and with tears in her eyes recommends: “I’d start with Ballet Shoes, it’s my favorite; although Skating Shoes is completely wonderful.”
The owner of Fox Books, Joe Fox (played by Tom Hanks), he knew the answer of course but he was busy at the corporation’s headquarters planning the next store opening.
Working with a large digital agency usually means interacting mostly with an account manager. Every time you have a question, technical or not, s/he will have to find the right person to get an answer for you. S/he has to ask: what are “The Shoe Books”.
In Logismico, that person will be the founder. We have only one bookstore and we know all the books in it by the title.
Try us: ask us about “The Shoe Books”.
